DF32 Supreme mainsail Ronstan car system

Hi,
I’ve got one pin and bush broken on main sail on DF32 Supreme after one season. Is this normal and what would be the possible cause for it?
Any leads on where I can buy and stock these part? Any with part numbers of these items?
