RMC bow thruster control panel replacement

The swing bow thruster from RMC has a membrane control panel that disintegrates after about 15 years. A replacement from RMC is not available and their solution is to replace the panel, control box and relays with new from Lewmar, costing £1200 and a lot of rewiring. Instead I have reverse engineered the existing control panel and made a new one for much less.
